Booking Policy

At Valley Fishing Adventures, we strive to make your booking process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our booking policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a hassle-free experience, from securing your fishing trip to understanding payment and cancellation terms. Please review the details below to help plan your adventure with confidence.

Booking and Payments

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The remainder of the payment will be collected after the charter via cash or debit card plz be aware there is a 3.5% charge to the card hold for this service

Cancellations and Refunds

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon Booking a fishing charter with us. 
• Fishing charters can be changed to a different day if we have availability. 
• Any issue on our side  And we have to cancel your trip You will be fully refunded. 

Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip and are subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days prior are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

Prohibited Activities

• The use of alcohol or drugs before or during the trip is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without a refund.
• Guests must comply with Alaska State Law; any prohibited activities will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Consent Form

• Signed and dated Consent Forms are required for Riverbank angling and Wading activities only.
• Consent Forms will be made available at the location before the scheduled charter.
• Parents or legal guardians will sign and date Consent Forms for anyone under 18 years of age.
• Failure to sign and date the Consent Form will result in the cancellation of the charter and no refund will be provided.

Licensing Requirements

• All participants, residents 18 or older and non-residents 16 years or older must have a valid Alaska Sport Fishing License. Licenses will be verified at the location before the scheduled charter. Failure to produce a valid Alaska Sport Fishing License will result in cancellation without a refund.

Cancellations by Valley Fishing Adventures

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
